Hi, I'm Thomas McQuade.

With over a decades experience in Finance and Accounting, I’ve served as CFO for several successful companies. My passion lies in supporting startups and high-growth businesses, and I’m often asked by founders how they can better manage their finances.

The reality is, many early-stage businesses simply can’t afford high-cost consultants—a fractional CFO typically charges between £3,000-£5,000 per month which is often unaffordable for many. Therefore, in the first few years, it’s up to the founder to make crucial financial decisions.

To bridge this gap, I’ve spent the past few years training business owners to become more financially literate. I’ve partnered with learning providers like De Montfort University, Loughborough University, and Foundervine to deliver financial education programs.

Now, drawing from my experience in both industry and education, I’ve developed an online training course designed to help founders take control of their financial management.
